Samasar publishes news and current affairs content on digital media and follows the grievance redressal requirements of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

How to raise a grievance

Please include:

  • the link to the page concerned;
  • what you believe is wrong and why;
  • your name and a way to reply to you.

For a simple display error, such as a wrong date or a broken original-source link, the corrections process is usually quickest. Copyright concerns are covered by the copyright and source policy.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours.
  • We decide on it within 15 days and tell you the outcome.
  • Each grievance is reviewed against the original official source. Verified errors are corrected or clarified.

Samasar is not currently a member of a self-regulating body of publishers.
